Our high-protein Soybean Dhahi bhale will transport you to the nostalgic times when making Dahi Bhale used to be an art. Whereby Maash-dall used to be meticulously grinded on “Silbata” -a traditional stone grinder, and not in high-speed blender. The ingredients of masala used to be individually roasted releasing its aromatic essence and carefully blended to create a harmonious symphony of flavours, unlike todays readymade generic chaat masala shortcuts. Today’s Dhahi bhale should better be called “Pakora-Phulki-Chhaat”. If you dare to know the authentic Dhahi bhale taste, try ours.
